Hayman Park Toilet Modification

The project involves alterations to the existing kiosk building to deliver three new WC cubicles and associated upgrades.

Works include:

• demolition and strip-out of existing fixtures and linings
• structural framing and reinstatement works
• procurement and installation of engineered metal doors and door frames
• sourcing and installation of flue systems and associated roof penetrations
• plumbing, potable water, and sanitary drainage upgrades
• electrical services including lighting, sensors, and power outlets
• ventilation and roof flashing works
• wall, ceiling, and floor finishes
• final compliance, testing, and handover

All works are delivered in accordance with Auckland Council requirements and the NZ Building Code.

The works are carefully sequenced from demolition and service isolations through to framing, fit-out, specialist installations, finishes, and commissioning.

The completed works will deliver safe, durable, and accessible public amenities, including robust engineered door systems and upgraded service infrastructure, improving long-term durability and ease of maintenance for Auckland Council.
